Replacement case sealer for distribution centre
Roadshow Entertainment have installed a bedo Series 38
automatic high speed random size case sealer at their Sydney distribution
centre that can run at up to 25 cases per minute. The new case sealer replaces an earlier bedo designed
machine supplied by Solari in 1997.....details
Race Track
bedo has launched their new type of race track to erect and
group bags and other products prior to packing by a tray or wrap-around
packer. Two independent shuffles provide continuous operation for a
speed of about 300 products/min. The partitions for 5, 7, 10 or any
other count in one row can be easily changed without any tools in less
than one minute without the need for an operator to remove or exchange
any partitions saving time and money!
Case Erector
Erecting an RSC (American) case by opening it from two opposing sides
(front and rear) is more positive than pulling it from one side only. bedo's
Series 12 high-speed case erectors have used this principle for 40
years. Now bedo offer this method on the smaller series 11

Wrap-around-packer with automatic size change
Multi national oil company BP have installed two bedo
wrap-around-packers with the ability to change between format sizes
automatically with the press of a button.

Tray packer for paper mill
German paper giant Hainberg GmbH (PFH) have installed a bedo
tray packer on a new production line for A3 and A4 paper. The bedo
tray packer was selected in preference to other competitor's machines by
Hainberg because of the precise operation of the bedo
machine due to its total servo driven operation.....details
